Erica Trumpower
Erica Rose Trumpower graduated with a Bachelor of the
Arts degree in Visual Art from Brown University. Her life long
work as a sculptural ceramist began at age five, and continued to
cultivate her creative passion in mediums including film, photography,
graphic design and sculptural installation. Erica created a
successful clothing line in 2002, and has worked as a freelance designer
and creative consultant to start up and corporate companies, bringing
her from the USA to Italy, Spain, China, Japan and Sri Lanka.
Complementing her abilities for fast-paced work ethic,
Erica is also a yoga teacher, and has been studying many styles of yoga
and meditation since 1995. She presently teaches yoga to adults,
adolescents, and juveniles in a correctional facility. Erica is
also the Director of the non-profit organization, Yoga Behind Bars, that
brings yoga and meditation to incarcerated and “at risk” youths and
adults in Washington state.
